Where do you ship?
We ship to all US States & Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship internationally to APO/FPO addresses.
How can I track my order?
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number(s) via the email associated with your order.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All items will be processed within 2-5 business days of the order being placed plus an additional 3-7 days for your order to arrive at your door. If there are any delays or problems pre-shipment, With Love, Guam will attempt to contact you. You will receive tracking information by email.
I put the wrong shipping address. How can I correct the shipping address?
Please contact us at withloveguam@gmail.com immediately.
As long as the order has not been processed for shipment, we can make changes to the address.
I placed an order, but want to add more items. How do I add to my order?
If you’d like to add to your order, please contact us at withloveguam@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please include your order number, the product you’d like to add and quantity. We will contact you regarding the additional charges and any possible increase in the shipping cost.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
